I have written two reviews negatively rating my Sony and wish to provide an update. Two months ago the problems we had stopped. Perhaps Sony sent an update. This Sony now meets expectations. The picture and sound was always outstanding!

Happy that I bought this Google TV recently and it works well with StarHub box and Netflix etc

I love Sony. It has a long lifespan, and is made well, which means it doesn't go to a landfilll anytime soon. I brought in my old Sony Bravia that was over 15 years old, and they stood around it as if it was a dinosaur. My clerk was so knowledgeable and we lamented how people come in for a cheap TV (79 or so) every few years, and how they just fill up the landfill. Ultimately your savings for the planet and your pocket book are far greater if you go up a few hundred dollars. I bought a 32 inch, as that is what I like. Thank you! Hope you are bringing manufacturing plants to the USA, if you haven't already. Another long time requirement of mine, of which I am pretty good at sourcing out.

After purchasing, when I started to switch on the TV, the remote was not working. Check the batterries and also changed them. It was not working. Went back to Harvey Norman and noticed that the bottom remote sensor was not working. Brought the TV nexty day to Harvey Norman. Confirmed that the remote sensor on the TV was faulty. Had a replacement. Brought home and it was working fine. It worked well.

I bought the 32in Sony Bravia on 06 Jun 2025. This is my first time buying a Sony TV. The colour resolution is excellent and the picture us very sharp.

I purchased my JD-32W830k, July 2024. The apps don’t load up, the picture ffreezes while watching YouTubeTV, or even just the Home Screen. My router is 6’ away delivering Blazing Fast internet. The TV, when turned on, turns on at highest possible volume and cannot be adjusted by the remote, which sends us screaming and running from the TV. I have spent hours on multiple occasions following Sony’s recommendations to reboot, refresh, unplug, wait and numerous texts with Sony CS. The 2d tier rep told me Sony does not replace their defective TVs … even if under warranty. So buyer beware.

I bought this TV 3 weeks ago. The TV is OK. I am happy with it.

I'm going to buy this Sony Television shortly, my entire family has only been a Proud Owner Of Sony Televisions their entire life, I've Got nothing but Praise For Sony ... Now unfortunately I have to live in a care home for the Disabled because I've got multiple sclerosis and again I'm looking for a great television to watch and have here and I'm Going With Only The Best And Most Awesome Television Ever " Sony Televisions " 📺 🖥 📺 🖥

I bought the TV in March of 2024. I've had a series of issues with it and finally, Sony sent me another one under warranty. I had been three phone calls where they were suggesting changes in software, which I did. When I got the replacement, many of the problems were corrected, even though we verified that I had the latest software update. While many problems went away, I still continue to have problems. It would not stay connected to my Internet and the source for it is about 10 feet away. It would connect, then disconnect, connect, etc. disrupting the ability to watch it. I went and purchased a Roko stick for connection to my Roko. That improved the connectivity, but I still have problems. Sometimes the TV just goes blank. I have other TV's in the house and NONE have any Internet issues, including 2 other sony TV's. Even this one reflects a very strong signal from the Internet. Sometimes, when I press the volume buttons, they act the opposite...volume down actually becomes volume up. I have to turn off the TV to get it corrected. I am convinced all my issues are Google software related. I would not buy a Sony with Google included

Sony does not disappoint. It is quality. I do not understand the setup because the quick way to set up using Google wanted a credit card number. Hmm, that is not right.

We had a Sony TV that served us for many years. Because we could only fit a 32 inch in our shelf, we searched for a replacement. Luck brought us to the last one in inventory. Sony is the best. Works perfectly, installed itself. Small TVs are getting hard to find these days.

This tv is terrible for old people, and you have to sign on everytime, I think the tv sucks

I prefer to purchase Sony brand because of the picture quality, performance,and longevity.

I am not using a sound bar. Audio sometimes goes silent, sometimes full blast. Have to turn TV off to get it working. Have updated software and restarted TV twice. Doesn't help. Problem started when TV 6 weeks old. Sony customer assistance no help.

I've had this TV two years and the picture is beautiful, but it took me two years to figure out why it takes almost a full minute to turn it on and move to the different apps in the TV. I reset the TV to the factory default settings and started over excluding the addition of a Google account. The TV is smoother and quicker without the infection of google running around every where. It's even better with a "stick". I use Roku. No problem adding apps with a stck.

Just an initial review. Has string wifi, very good picture and the same remote all their high end TVs have shared over past few years. No cord management system or fancy leg system, but that’s what I wanted in thus low cost “bedroom” tv.

Bought one week ago, and come to learn Google TV is different from the old Sony android TV. I need to buy an additional external antenna to watch TV

I needed to replace a 22" Sony LCD in the kitchen with something larger because my eyes are not what hey used to be and this television was perfect for three reasons: it's 32" size, Sony quality and, most importantly, it's the only 32" television with feet close enough to the middle to fit on the existing stand coming out of the wall! The wide viewing angle is a vast improvement over the former LCD monitor, and it's a smart tv as well.

I am glad to have purchases this TV however, the TV loading time when power on can take quite awhile even after update of firmware. Other than that its a TV worth purchasing!

I bought this a few weeks ago and picture is great but internal speakers are poor.

I bought this for the TV and the picture is great and crisp but general use is confusing and remote design is horrible. POWER ON, MAYBE COMES ON, MAYBE NOT, MAYBE SEEMS TO FOR SEVERAL SECONDS AND THEN SHUTS OFF.

Tv is working great so far and no issues to date.pictire and sound is good

I bought this from Amazon. As far as I can tell, the only damage was to the box it came in.

Purchased two of this model 1st one that was shipped was an Asian model and work not work in USA, returned unit. 2nd one was ok great pucture and wonderful sound. However it keeps dropping internet connection. This happens when unit turned off anf left off for 12 hours or so, when you return and turn set back on you have to select WiFi and connection is back. The original settings are retained you just have to “click” on the WiFi radio button in the quick access settings in the upper right hand of the Home Screen

I BOUGHT THIS TV 2 MONTHS AGO. IT HAS FAILED 5 TIMES. I HAVE USED SONY PRODUCTS FOR 50 YEARS. THIS PRODUCT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING.

i tried several small tv`s. cheaper,poor sound,poor picture. verry light weight. all returned. this one is a keeper! very good sound and very good picture. with roku stick and google you have both worlds. very happy with this great small tv. you get what you pay for so make shure you look at this little guy if you are looking.

This replaced a two-year-old Samsung LED TV for our master bedroom. The setup was more challenging than necessary because the manual was written for multiple TV models.

This TV was a gift. My old one gave up the ghost I love it so far. Easy to use. Great viewing

I bought this a month ago because I wanted a smart TV so I could stop my expensive cable. It has been great

Price doesn’t include installation and I was directed to contact a third party for installation. Had arranged with the customer service agent for Saturday delivery but the TV came on a Friday. Gave feedback to the customer service agent and they went silent. Poor customer service overall.Quality of the TV is good. In hindsight, I should have bought the tv from other retailers as their prices include free installation. To think I thought it’ll be better to order from Sony itself!

Great TV with good tech / apps and great picture and sound. Plugged in seamlessly to my Sonos soundbar. Highly recommended and good price too if you are looking for a tv for a small space or bedroom.

Stops on music all the time, needs to be restarted, apps reinstalled. At least it'll give you something to do... when you want to be relaxing with some media.

I purchased this TV to replace a 14-year-old Sony of the same size. The old one gave trouble-free service for its entire life. I always purchase Sony televisions. It is the perfect size for the bedroom and has a beautiful picture.

We recently upgraded several TVs in order to use YouTube TV via Wi-Fi instead of cable boxes. We now have nothing, but Sony brand TVs (6) and they have been so reliable I rarely consider other brands. In fact, I have never had a Sony TV that needed a repair or died, I recently replaced 2 to upgrade to newer technology.

I now own 2 Sony TVs. I cannot say enough about the features I have found in these TVs. In comparison with comparable TV it has many features that they do not have. The Sony's higher price is justified. The picture has a deeper and richer color and many more channel viewing options are found here that other TVs do not have.

Having problems hooking up Cable TV to set. This is the first TV I've bought in almost 19 years so yes, a lot has changed. My old one was a tube TV and of course didn't have all of this extra stuff on it, which I don't need or want. Just an old guy who wants to watch some of the old reruns. For some reason all I get is Paramount. Could really use some help.

We replaced the old tv do to preference of google tv which is similar Sony tv we have in our living area

I bought this about a month ago and I am very satisfied with it. I’ve always bought the cheap brands in the past, but I splurged and bought the Sony. I’m glad I did. The only thing is I wish there was more choices regarding the apps that are available to load.

I bought it because it has a consistent interface with my other Sony TVs
